Blueflag LLP

BlueFlag is a partnership of experts who have decades each of experience in project management, finding the right talent, and integration of information technology. Our experience with large government and private clients provides a base of proven solutions and execution, while our experience with startups infuses our everyday work with energy and innovation. We’re agile at heart. Although we manage projects with waterfall and agile frameworks, we adapt our approach with an in-house methodology called “Responsive PPM”. This allows us to consider what’s happening in the business, the project, and user community to optimize for success. Finding the right talent matters to our clients. We start by understanding the needs of your industry, your company, and your team. We then prioritize candidates that are interested, but not actively looking. Our careful use of technology and expansive use of personal interaction is something we call The Human Algorithm ™.
